On 12 June, the ENSEMBLE project was presented at the 4th NOTIONES Conference, Safeguarding Tomorrow: The Evolution of Security Through AI, held in Rome, Italy. Our coordinator, Information Technologies Institute of CERTH, represented by Giannis Chalkias, attended the event together with other European projects, law enforcement representatives, and security professionals to discuss the transformative role of artificial intelligence in security operations.

ENSEMBLE contributed to the session A European Perspective on AI for Security: Project Insights, alongside other Horizon Europe projects such as PRESERVE, AVALANCHE, and ENACT. The event highlighted practical applications of AI in critical infrastructure like maritime and airport security, while also addressing challenges, opportunities, and the importance of responsible AI implementation in Event Management.

Participation in this conference provided an opportunity to showcase ENSEMBLE’s commitment to developing ethical and transparent AI tools for fighting cybercrime and to foster collaboration with other initiatives working towards enhanced security across Europe.

We would like to thank NOTIONES for the opportunity to participate!
